iAccelerate
Tim Marshall is the IP Advisor to the University of Wollongong’s start up accelerator, located at the world class Innovation Campus. In this role he delivers lectures, seminars and workshops to iAccelerate’s start-up companies, participates in the selection of candidates for the program and participates in mock board reviews of the iAccelerate participants. Illawarra iTec
Tim Marshall has spoken on Intellectual Property for Illawarra ITec, a government funded business assistance body.
ITechLaw
ITechLaw, an international society relating to the issues at the interface of law and technology, invited Tim to speak at their conference in February of 2013. He spoke on the vexing issue of choice of law and jurisdiction clauses in cross boarder technology.
